In the summer of 99 my family and I
took a vacation to Malaysia.
It was all arranged by Malaysia
Airlines and they were superb. We left
Muscat on June 30 (Tina's Birthday) to Kuala Lumpur (KL).
Malaysia Airlines arranged a
little birthday for Tina during our flight. It was a
great idea. Arriving into KL we were taken to The
Park Royal Hotel where we
stayed till July 6. At KL we shopped a lot, went to the
movies, to the zoo and saw the world tallest building,
KL Twin Towers (452 meters high). We then flew to the
island of Penang (called pearl of Asia). For three
nights we stayed at the Bayview
Beach Resort and then moved to Shangri-La
Rasa Sayang Beach Resort for eight
nights. We had a glorious time and the people were very
nice. Do visit Malaysia!!!
I highly recommend it.
